Shipping Costs

Currently, all shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the total physical weight of your order, so if you've already got a couple items in your cart, you can likely add a few more without adding any additional shipping cost.

All items are shipped using untracked surface mail sent through Canada Post.  This is done to keep things simple and keep costs low.   In the future when sales increase, we may consider adding additional shipping options.

In some cases, we may opt to ship your item using faster tracked packages when inexpensive options are available, however this is not a guarantee and is done at our digression.

Shipping Times

Please allow for up to 14 days product handling time.  All shipping is done via untracked slow surface mail.  Please allow for up to 50 days for final delivery by the courier.  For software related requests, please allow for up to 50 days to fulfill your order. 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally to most countries around the world.  To check if we support shipping to your country, click the country/currency drop down at the top of the page.  If your country is listed there, then shipping to your country is supported.

Taxes, Duties

Orders shipped to the USA will usually have duties paid up front at the time or checkout, or by us before your shipping label is created.  

For all other countries, you should expect that additional duties & tariffs may apply to your package as it passes through your country's customs.  If this is the case, you will have to pay your country's customs fee before they will release the item to you.

EU Value-Added Tax (VAT)

We do not collect or submit VAT.  Therefore, if you are in an EU member country that charges VAT, you should expect to pay additional VAT upon import of your item.  In addition to the VAT Tax itself, customs will likely charge you an additional 'processing' fee.
